🚀 About the position:

At Grip, hundreds of leading event organisers worldwide work with us as a partner in achieving their business goals to connect, inspire and engage their event participants.


The Grip platform is an exciting multi-faceted product with a complete SaaS dashboard for event organisers. The product also has a complete engagement platform for event participants across web and mobile which includes streaming, content, and networking which is underpinned by our award-winning AI-powered Matchmaking Engine.


We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to support go-to-market campaigns and materials to further establish Grip’s market positioning and launch new features and functionality to our customers and prospects.


This role will work within the marketing department, reporting to the Head of Marketing, but have strong links to the Client Success, Sales, and Product teams, as well as senior stakeholders.

The campaigns should drive awareness, adoption and usage of our platform, but the role will also require an understanding of market trends and our competitors, which will be invaluable for your ability to position our product as the best in the market.



Job requirements

🚀 Core Responsibilities:

  • You’ll develop product positioning & messaging for new products & features we ship. This includes developing the go-to-market planning, driving demand, product adoption, and customer satisfaction with our products.
  • Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
  • Crafting and telling customer and product stories. It's crucial you can capture our product in various forms, from one-pagers to tailored presentation decks.
  • Collaborating with the design & marketing teams to ensure our messaging and tone of voice is consistent across all channels.
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new product sprints and feature releases which involve several different departments


🚀 Experience and Skills

  • Collaborative skills: As a product marketing specialist you will have to collaborate with multiple teams across the business. This will often include the sales and marketing department, product management and senior executives.
  • Communication skills: The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will present new products and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products, across various marketing channels.
  • Research skills: Gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.
  • A marketing or business studies degree is desired.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience is required.
