To achieve our business goals and accelerate our adoption globally, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.

Job requirements

🚀 About the position:

It’s never been a more exciting time to join Grip! The virtual events technology market is exploding with creativity, and you have the unique chance to help shape our marketing and communications channels for the future.

As a Graphic Designer, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for creating impactful, creative and visually appealing assets which our Marketing and Sales teams can utilise. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things creative and technology. You will be well-versed in defining and creating standout digital assets which can be showcased on a range of platforms, from mobile, desktop to tablet.

You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our brand identity.

🚀 Core Responsibilities:

  • Create white label collateral which our Marketing and Sales team can use to support customer adoption
  • Work with Sales, Marketing and Product Design to define requirements, whilst also proactively sharing your own ideas
  • Visualise designs from sketch to end product
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Present designs and amend after feedback
  • Support in creating Grip’s brand identity

🚀 Experience and Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in graphic design and copywriting
  • Ability to show initiative and collaborate with internal teams
  • Familiar with UX / UI
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
  • Experience with animations and dynamic images a plus
  • Creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
